Before you can enroll in a course, you must first register on the iLearn platform by clicking “Register New Account” in the top right corner of the page. Please ensure you enter a valid email address as you will be sent an email to activate your account.
The activation emails are sent from firstname.lastname@example.org. If you did not receive an activation email, please check that you entered your email address correctly when you registered your account and please check your spam or junk folder. If you have still not received the activation email, please click here or contact us.
If you would like to enroll in a course, please click on "Courses" > Click "All courses" > choose the desired course > Click "Enroll". Once enrolled, you will then be taken to a page with the course page. Click “Start" to launch the course. Please note that all the courses are self-paced which means that the modules are recorded and presented in a streaming video format. You can set your own learning pace by pausing the lectures and returning to your studies as your schedule permits.
As you move through the course, your progress should be sent to the iLearn platform from your device. Thus, if you pause part way through the course, you can return right where you left off when you reopen the course page.

Right now, only the SAP course is offered in multiple languages (English, French, Spanish and Arabic). If you have an interest in taking one of our available courses in a different language, please contact us with the course name and language, and we will send your feedback to the course team.
No, there are no fees in taking a course.
In order for your status to update to “Complete,” you must complete the course in its entirety. Please make sure you have completed every page of the course including all quizzes.
If the course creator has included a certificate as part of their course, you will receive a certificate after you complete the course. Currently, the Funding Proposal Development for SAP (all languages) and the Strengthening Grievance Redress Mechanisms courses offer a certificate of completion.
Once you complete the course, the result will be automatically reflected on the Course Progress Page and you will be prompted obtain your certificate. To receive your certificate please do the following:
