The concept for GCF’s Knowledge Management System has won one of the Business Intelligence Group’s 2020 Innovation Awards. The annual business awards identify organizations, products and people developing new ideas to improve people’s lives.
GCF’s knowledge management team is learning and sharing lessons from the Fund’s experiences supporting climate action in developing countries. GCF’s Knowledge Management System concept won the award for the way it combines elements of technology (IT systems), processes (simplified policies) and people (promoting a knowledge sharing culture) to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of GCF’s work in climate finance.
